Lapis Lazuli is a great crystal for easing pain especially migraines it is also great for helping to increase focus, wise thinking, imagination and memory. The lapis will encourage honest and open communication and ensure that relationships are bonded in love and friendship. The Lapis will help to develop your psychic gifts by tapping in to your intuition and helping you to communicate with your spirit guides it is a great crystal for dream work. Use your Lapis to help remove negative feelings of frustration, resentment and anger.

Lapis Lazuli cannot be cleaned water but can be re-energised with salt, sound, moonlight and sage burning. You can also use visualisation to clear crystals by holding them in your hands and imagining them being filled with a bright white light which is the technique I currently use with Reiki. It is not advised to recharge Amethyst with sunlight as this can cause sun damage and remove the colour.
Selenite is a great crystal for clearing negativity and can be used to clean and recharge other crystals. Selenite is a soft stone that should be kept away from water.
